MCC - Murray Culshaw Consulting Pvt Ltd was established by Murray and Indira Culshaw in 2004.  The group provides specialist services to the voluntary sector in South Asia with a conviction, to enable the sector to communicate, raise funds and be accountable. These services range from communication and fundraising consulting/ advice, provide training in communication and fundraising supported by action research and information sharing through the fundraising magazine ‘Raisers' Ask.

MCC has provided physical space to new and small organisations and also facilitated the incubation of important initiatives which that supported the sector like CSO partners, Guidestar India.
