Mentoring
| Our mentoring
services work in two
ways: |

|
- One or more of our experts is
placed with your organisation, so that we can provide you with direct
hands-on assistance. This is done for a short period to ensure that
your staff receives sufficient guidance from our experts.
- We also mentor your staff in our
premises through on-the-job training and guidance, ensuring that your
staff is trained and whetted against standards that we set for our own
staff.

Case

New Entity for Social Action
(NESA)
|
| NESA
works to secure a life with dignity for Dalits, Adivasis and other
vulnerable communities. MCC has a long term contract with NESA, where
we have developed various strategies for them, recruited their staff
and mentored them in our office premise. NESA's team of three
communicators and fundrasiers worked out of MCC's office, working in
conjunction with our staff, on various fundraising activities and
communication material that MCC brought out for them. Today, the team
operates out of their own office independently. |
